🧭 Strategy¶

The thinking that decides what all the other skills are for: a money target with a deadline, where to spend and when to push, moves your competitors aren't making, and how each product builds a long-term audience.
| Skill | What you get | Level | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| strategy-revenue-target | "$X in N months" worked backward into a weekly funnel, a reality check and go / fix / kill rules (with a script) | Beginner | 45–60 min |
| strategy-spend-and-timing | Costs sorted into must-pay / pays-back / skip, the one bottleneck to fund, momentum and slump signals, a 2-week finishing sprint | Intermediate | 45 min + 15 min/week |
| strategy-contrarian-marketing | A map of what the herd does, inverted moves through 6 lenses, and 3 honest experiments with pass numbers | Intermediate | 60 min |
| strategy-product-as-funnel | Each product's give → get, one capture point at the moment of value, honest cross-promotion, owned-audience tracking | Intermediate | 60–90 min |
Suggested order: revenue target (once) → product as funnel (once per product set) → contrarian marketing (when the usual channels stall) → spend and timing (every Monday).
Not covered yet: fundraising, hiring, market sizing. See CONTRIBUTING.md.
