📧 Email¶
Reach new buyers with cold email, collect emails the legal way, land in the inbox, and use email to activate new users, convert trials and run a beta.
| Skill | What you get | Level | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| email-list-and-deliverability | A signup form, SPF/DKIM/DMARC passing on your domain, a working unsubscribe, a compliance note (Gmail, Yahoo, CAN-SPAM, EU/UK) | Beginner | 60–90 min + DNS |
| email-segments-and-tools | Lifecycle, product, source and interest segments driven by events, one retention email per segment, a monthly cleanup rule, and an email tool picked for your situation | Intermediate | 60–90 min + tool setup |
| email-onboarding-sequence | 5–6 welcome/onboarding emails built around one activation event, with branches and exit rules | Beginner | 45–60 min |
| email-trial-sequence | 6–8 trial emails (started → ending → ended → win-back) for 7/14/30-day trials, with a fair billing reminder | Intermediate | 45–60 min |
| email-cold-outreach | A narrow B2B target list from allowed sources, a warmed-up separate sending domain, a 3–4 email sequence, and a reply-rate sheet per segment | Intermediate | 2–3 h + 2 weeks warm-up |
| email-beta-program | A tester sheet, invite flow for TestFlight / Play testing / Chrome trusted testers, 5 beta emails, beta → paid plan | Intermediate | 2 h + 2–6 weeks |
Suggested order: list & deliverability (before the first send) → beta program (pre-launch) → onboarding sequence (at launch) → trial sequence (once paid plans are live) → segments & tools (once you have 200+ contacts or 2+ products). B2B product with no inbound yet? Run cold outreach in parallel, on its own domain.
