04 · X Premium: 30-day plan¶
What each tier includes: reference/x-algorithm-and-premium-facts.md. The part you actually paid for, as a seller of software: reply prioritization (06-reply-playbook.md), longer posts for how-tos, edit within 1 hour, Media Studio for demo clips.
Goal: by day 30, know whether X sends trials for your product. Numbers to hit are yours to set; write them down on day 1.
| Days | Do | Check at the end |
|---|---|---|
| 1–3 | Profile, pinned demo + offer, UTM links, fact bank for every product, a list of 20–30 accounts your buyers follow | Landing shows utm_source=x visits when you test the link |
| 4–10 | 1 post/day (7-day rotation) + 5 replies/day to the list. One long post on Saturday | Which posts got replies and profile visits (X analytics) |
| 11–20 | Raise replies to 10/day; turn the best reply into its own post the next day; one thread that teaches something from your build | Profile visits per day trend; landing visits from X |
| 21–30 | Keep the 2 best formats, drop the worst; one honest results post ("30 days of posting on X as a dev: numbers") | Trials and paid from utm_source=x. Cost check: Premium price vs. revenue from X |
Stop rule: if after 60 days X has sent zero trials while profile visits grew, the problem is the offer or landing, not X. If profile visits didn't grow either, change who you reply to before posting more.
Is Premium paying for itself?¶
Every 30 days: revenue from utm_source=x (trials → paid) vs. what Premium costs you. Creator Subscriptions and
Original Content Rewards are a side bonus; for a dev selling software, your product is the subscription.
