Step 7: Weekly rhythm and monthly review¶
Week 6 onwards · ← Step 6 · Next: Step 8
Goal¶
A schedule small enough to keep for months. Long-term users come from consistency, not from one big launch.
Weekly (about 5–6 hours)¶
Illustrative example. Adjust the hours to your own week.
| When | What | Step |
|---|---|---|
| Monday, 30 min | Read last week's numbers; move time to the channel that brought installs | 1 |
| Twice a week, 1 h | Produce 2–3 short videos from the winning template | 5 |
| Once a week, 1 h | One community post (Reddit or an on-target group) | 6 |
| Daily, 15 min | Answer existing questions; substantive replies on X | 6 |
| Monthly, 1 h | One email to your list; one ASO change or review | 2, 3 |
Monthly review¶
Write one row in growth/monthly.md:
| Month | Installs by channel | Store conversion | New email contacts | Paying users | Kept / stopped |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Then ask: - Which channel brought activated users (not just clicks)? Give it more time next month. - Which channel brought nothing for 4 weeks? Stop it or change one thing. - Did anything suddenly work? Double down within days: strategy-spend-and-timing. - Got a real result? Write it up: case-study-write-your-own.
Done when¶
The weekly schedule is in your calendar and the first monthly row is written.
