| launch-open-source-funnel | A free-forever line, 3–4 honest hand-off points from the repo to a paid product or email list, UTM-tagged and measured | Intermediate | 2–3 h + 30 min/release |
| launch-growth-stack-setup | Firebase Analytics (5–8 events), Crashlytics, Remote Config, AdMob without invalid-traffic risk (test ads, app-ads.txt, UMP, ATT), one real payment, matching privacy labels, a verified checklist | Intermediate | 3–5 h over a week |
Suggested order: feature previews (while designing) → checklist → growth stack setup (apps) → posts → Reddit → Product Hunt (optional) → quick download wins → first 100 users. Open-source repo? Run GitHub repo seeding alongside the posts, then the open-source funnel once people use it. The full route is in playbooks/launch-a-product.md.
Open for contributors: community seeding. See CONTRIBUTING.md.
